Assistant Principal
Lafayette & Sherman Elementary Schools, SFUSD
Serving as assistant principal across Lafayette Elementary and Sherman Elementary in San Francisco, supporting daily operations, safety systems, and schoolwide culture and climate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Tier 1 behavior systems and schoolwide community practices focused on student accountability and attendance
- Partner with school social worker to support student mental health services and small group interventions
- Collaborate with instructional coach to monitor academic and behavior data across grade levels
- Lead ELAC implementation and facilitate communication between leadership and EL families
